Gro Dev is the Architecture and Real Estate Development firm servicing large companies like the YMCA. They work with large-scale companies constantly but felt that their design materials were holding them back. We approached the project not simply as a brand update, but as an opportunity to create new systems and resources unify their branding company-wide. What began as a simple presentation grew into an ongoing relationship where we developed sub-brands, sales tools, and event materials matching the depth, attention to detail, and prestige Gro delivers to their clients.
